I recently came across a post in a Facebook group that described how a weighted blanket ‘cured’ chronic nsomnia for this particular individual.
At first, I had no clue what they were talking about. How in the world could sleeping with a heavier blanket possibly cure insomnia?
I took it upon myself to research this ‘weighted blanket’. I was at my wits end with my insomnia and anxiety. What I found during my research was very surprising to me.

As a result I managed to drift off to sleep within about an hour of my head hitting the pillow; which is amazing achievement for me personally!
