It Took Me About 3 Minutes Using Binaural Beats for Insomnia to get a solid 9 hours undisturbed sleep.

How I went from insomnia at 2:30 AM to a 9 hour undisturbed sleep in just 3 minutes using Binaural Beats.

I know that’s a wild claim, I didn’t believe it myself, but it’s true.  Here’s my true story.  I knew nothing about binaural beats, but because it worked so well for me, I wanted to share thBinaural Beats for Insomniais with you.

I was doing all the right things, I thought.

No bad stuff, I didn’t have any alcohol at all, no caffeine after 7 pm….  I went to bed around 10:30 after taking my OTC sleeping pills. Normally I wake up two or three times a night and need a bathroom break.  Well, as often happens I woke up around midnight, and did my usual routine.

All too common,  I could not get back to sleep.  So I went into my office and began to study various ways of combating Insomnia. I came across some interesting information about using binaural beats.  I thought that meant listening to things like ocean sounds, or background noise but I learned there was much more to it!

As I already knew from researching for some of my other articles, your brain has certain wave patterns it goes through.  For deep sleep, it should be in a theta mode.  (Whatever that is!)

The bottom line is that they claimed that certain binaural beat sounds would help your brain get into those brain wave patterns.  The one I tried was supposed to do exactly that.  It was “tuned” to the frequency to help my brain get into that theta mode.

Needless to say I was a bit skeptical!  It sounded just a bit strange for me, but it was worth a try..  The audio I used was ten minutes in length.  You need to wear earphones when listening since you have a slightly different frequency coming in each ear.

After aboBinaural Beats for Insomniaut three minutes, I was feeling very relaxed and drowsy.  I said to myself that there’s no way I can listen to this for ten minutes, so I shut it off, went to the bedroom and hopped into bed. I must have fallen asleep in just a few minutes.  The next thing I knew I woke up and it was 9 HOURS LATER!  I’d actually slept for nine hours without getting up for a bathroom break!  I slept without having restless dreams, and my blankets weren’t scattered all over the bed from my tossing and turning.  It’s been many years since I could do that!

It worked for me.
